"After my husband passed away, I felt like my world had fallen apart. I had no source of income and struggled to provide for my children. The Widow Welfare Trust came into my life at a time when I had lost all hope. They provided me with financial support, but more importantly, they offered me counseling and a sense of community. Today, I have a small business of my own, and my children are in school. I can’t thank the trust enough for helping me rebuild my life."
"Losing my husband left me feeling powerless and uncertain about the future. The vocational training I received through the Widow Welfare Program gave me the skills and confidence to start my own tailoring business. The support from the trust has not only made me financially independent but also restored my dignity. I am now able to support my family and have a renewed sense of purpose."
"After losing my leg in an accident, I struggled to adjust to my new reality. The Handicap Welfare Trust provided me with a prosthetic limb and physical therapy that changed my life. I can now move around independently, return to work, and support my family. Their support has given me the confidence to live my life to the fullest again."
"Living with a disability made it difficult to find suitable housing that met my needs. The Handicap Welfare Trust helped me secure an accessible apartment, designed with ramps and other modifications that make my daily life easier. For the first time, I feel truly at home and independent. This trust has not just provided me with a place to live, but a place where I can thrive."
